This page outlines our privacy policy and is intended to give a simple guide to the information we hold and the purposes we hold it for.

Personal Information

The information we hold is information that you give to us during the course of your enquiry.  This is likely to be limited to contact details including an email address.  This information is stored with Microsoft and or Zoho to improve our communication with you and is only held whilst it is considered useful to your enquiry.   Where you have opted to receive a newsletter your email address may be stored in Mailchimp. 

If a sales contract is created then the data may be stored on Dropbox and may be shared with limited sub-contractors working on your project.  All data relating to your contract must be kept for at least 7 years.  Personal data is never shared or sold to third parties.

Social Media

If you contact us via social media, we will not retain that information unless more direct communication arises as a result.  In this situation this Policy will apply.

This is likely to include an IP address, city and screen size.  Our website uses CMS and Analytics cookies which assist in collecting anonymous data to enable us to create a better experience for you when using our website.  This is not linked to the personal information you may provide.

Use of your data is restricted to legitimate business interests.  This includes responding to your enquiries and progressing your purchases or advising you of items relevant to your enquiry or purchases.

You have the right to request that we stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time.  There is a link at the bottom of any mailchimp contact to automatically unsubscribe.  Or you can simply email or ring us with the same request.

Information will only be disclosed outside of the business in the following circumstances;
